Happy Six Month Anniversary!

WOW! I cannot believe we’ve already been in business SIX months! (Screaming, crying, laughing.) This post is a few days early as our official six month anniversary is on Monday, April 14. In celebration, we will be doing a buy one get one 50% off sale of ALL books for that day only!

The last six months have had a mixture of highs and lows. Some amazing highs were when we were featured on a Buzzfeed list, when we hit 50 orders, and having boxes and boxes of books arrive! I’ve loved packing orders and arranging the shelves with titles I love as well as new titles I’m sure will become favorites!

There are definitely lower times when I question if starting this bookstore was a good idea like when I struggled to figure out taxes at the very beginning and doing my taxes before this month’s deadline. There’s a lot of behind the scenes work that is difficult to figure out, but I’ve pushed through because I LOVE selling books and creating book boxes.

Connecting with independently published authors, enthusiastic readers, and other online bookstores has been a dream come true. I want to gain even more momentum within these next six months so that we can hit 150 sales by our one year opening! Check out our shop page to place your order and help us get to that goal.
